Property Information:

Margarita Villa is located in Playacar Phase 2, just North of the resort Reef Club Playacar.  Playacar Phase 2 is a quiet, beautifully-landscaped community which features the Robert Hagge-designed championship golf course and the Xaman ha Aviary/Bird Sanctuary. Margarita Villa consists of two separate 2 bedroom/2 bath units called "Latitudes" and "Attitudes," and an additional, separate one bedroom master suite.  All three can be rented together to sleep up to 12.

Margarita Villa is only a short 3 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to 5th avenue and the center of Playa del Carmen.  Guests of Margarita Villa can take advantage of the owner’s Reef Club Playacar VIP card. Using this VIP card, you can pay a small fee to access beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt to purchase a discounted half-day/full day all-inclusive package. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool activities!

Latitudes: This ground floor unit features 2 master suites, each of which have their own bath. The main area features a living room, dining room kitchen, and master bedroom with King sized bed and sitting area. The second bedroom has a separate entrance and is a studio, with kitchenette, sitting area, and a Queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have private terraces overlooking the swimming pool.

Attitudes: This second and third floor penthouse unit features 2 bedrooms and two baths. There is a large living room, open dining room, and kitchen. The master bedroom has King sized bed and sitting area. The other bedroom, on the 3rd floor, has a Full sized bed. There is a separate, lofted TV room with a fold-out, Queen sized sleeper sofa. A small staircase leads to a lovely rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

The 5th bedroom has a separate entrance, full bath, large flat screen TV, and Full and Twin sized beds.
